Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 3758) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 368(JUD) am                                             
"An Act relating to release of persons before trial and before                
sentencing or service of sentence; relating to when service of                 
sentence shall begin; relating to custodians of persons released, to           
security posted on behalf of persons released, and to the offense              
of violation of conditions of release; and amending Rule 41(f),                
Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure."

Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 368(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
368(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes.
